Referring to all AHK France webinars I have attended so far, I can only emphasize that they are always “up to date” and address current European legal topics relating to the EPR sectors, tailored to each country and presented in a practical, user‑oriented manner. For us, they are one of the first and most important sources of initial information, helping us to build a solid legal understanding — and to go beyond that. They provide an excellent foundation for subsequently deepening the various topics in order to operate in European markets in full legal compliance. A note regarding Mr. Nissen and Ms. Baumann: You have become a truly strong team in these webinars — it is clear that the many joint sessions have helped you continuously grow in experience!

The topic of “placing packaging on the market” is becoming increasingly complex. Keeping an overview is very challenging, especially since, as an Environmental and Certification Manager, I must monitor far more than just packaging‑related requirements. We manufacture environmentally friendly detergents and cleaning products in Germany, and packaging is something we simply cannot avoid. The webinars of AHK France help me stay up to date. After each session, I know exactly which points I need to review in more detail. What I especially value is that the AHK looks “beyond borders”: what applies in Germany does not necessarily apply in France. The webinars clearly highlight these differences and point them out explicitly. At the end of each webinar, there is always a presentation or document that I can continue working with afterwards — something I appreciate very much. Since the establishment of our subsidiary in France, questions regarding the disposal of secondary packaging may also affect us. To what extent is something we still need to assess. It may also be relevant because, as a distributor supplying our subsidiary — which in turn only supplies other distributors — the responsibility could ultimately lie with the final distributor who uses or resells our products. Would you recommend our webinar? Absolutely, especially to anyone who intends to sell their products B2B in France.

The FGCCI webinars provide extremely valuable information for me and our company. In the area of packaging and waste management, they keep us consistently up to date on legal requirements in France and the EU. One can only praise the large number of free webinars, this is far from self‑evident nowadays.
