Authorized Representative in France: Your EPR Compliance Solution

With Law No. 2026-602 of 8 July 2026, France has extended the requirement for companies not established in France to appoint an authorized representative to all Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) sectors. The French-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CFACI) acts as an authorized representative for companies established in Europe and supports them in fulfilling their EPR obligations in France.
