Triman Information sheet

Since 2015, there is a legal obligation in France to label packaging and products which are collected separately and are subject to extended producer responsibility (EPR) with the Triman logo. In February 2020, a new law on circular economy (Loi AGEC) was passed in France. Among other things, it provides for changes concerning the mandatory labelling of household packaging and products subject to EPR. Warning: the new waste sorting instructions for household packaging have been published. You may find more information on the changes incurred in our News section.
